Printer Review and Advice

Purchasing the best printer is not the only thing that you should be concern about, but also buying good-quality and cheap ink cartridges. There are different types of ink cartridges sold by leading printer companies; looking for a compatible ink cartridge for your printer should be easy. There are also third-party cartridges that sell less expensive ink cartridges, but the quality is questionable. Get to know the market, and weight your options. List of Printers That Used Cheap Ink Cartridges

  1. Kodak ESP Office 6150
    Kodak ESP Office 6150
Today in the market, Kodak is one of the printer companies that offer cheap ink cartridges. The ESP Office 6150 is made exclusively for home and small office use. The regular 10B ink cartridges can print up to 425 pages and the estimated price is 10 dollars, while the 10C color ink cartridge can print up to 420 pages, and cost 18 dollars. The Kodak ESP Office 6150 is good buy if you want a printer that requires less expensive ink cartridges, but does not sacrifice good-quality printing.

  2. Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901
    Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901
The Pinnacle Pro901 does not only offer economical black ink cartridges, but it also has a 5 year warranty! You save money in ink cartridges and printer repair cost. It's very, efficient, noiseless printer that print good-quality photos. The 105XL black ink cartridges can be purchase for 5 dollars; however, the quality of the text is not as good unlike in the other printers, and the printing speed is also gradual. The Lexmark Pinnacle Pro901 is a good choice if you don't mind less-quality print-outs and slow printing speed.

  3. HP Officejet Pro 8500A
    HP Officejet Pro 8500A
The OfficeJet Pro 8500A is a pricier printer compare to the other models; however, the cost of its printer ink cartridges justify this. A black 94OXL ink cartridge can print-out up to 2,200 pages, while you get a total of 1, 400 pages from the color 94OXL cartridge. The printing speed is also faster! The downside to the Officejet Pro 8500A is that consumes a large space in your house or office. This model would be preferable if you don't mind spending few dollars more for a good printer.

  4. Epson Workforce 840
    Epson Workforce 840
The Workforce 840 is a good competitor for the HP Officejet Pro 8500A. This model is also pricier and gives good-quality print-outs. The Workforce 840 is praise for its high speed performance of printing text, but its speed slows down in producing pictures. Nonetheless, this Epson printer has many features that justify its high cost. You don't only save money on ink cartridges in purchasing Workforce 840, but also on paper! As this Epson printer can generate double-sided copies.

In the long term, branded printer ink cartridges are better choices than cheaper, unbranded ones. Purchasing questionable ink cartridges could lead you to spend more money than you might think. As cartridges require maintenance, an unbranded ink cartridge tends to break down faster and needs repair in order to work again. You would just end up spending more than what you bargain for.
